Construction is officially underway at the highly anticipated Erdgard Central Point development in Walsall – funded by The Richardson Family, marking a major milestone in the town’s ongoing regeneration. Representatives and project partners gathered onsite for an official groundbreaking ceremony to celebrate the commencement of works.
The premier 93,110 sq ft development is set to transform the area, delivering a modern, vibrant mix of spaces in six units ranging from 5,880 sq. ft to 26,236 sq. ft built to BREEAM Very Good and EPC A standards designed to meet the evolving needs of the local community and businesses alike.
