Construction is officially underway at the highly anticipated Erdgard Central Point development in Walsall – funded by The Richardson Family, marking a major milestone in the town\u2019s ongoing regeneration. Representatives and project partners gathered onsite for an official groundbreaking ceremony to celebrate the commencement of works.<\/p>\n\n

The premier 93,110 sq ft development is set to transform the area, delivering a modern, vibrant mix of spaces in six units ranging from 5,880 sq. ft to 26,236 sq. ft built to BREEAM Very Good and EPC A standards designed to meet the evolving needs of the local community and businesses alike.<\/p>\n\n

Central Point represents a significant investment in Walsall\u2019s local economy. The project is expected to create numerous jobs during the construction phase, alongside long-term employment opportunities upon completion.<\/p>\n\n
